Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping takes approximately 7 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
